So the other disciples said to him, “We have seen the Lord.” But he said to them, “Unless I see the mark of the nails in his hands and put my finger into the nail marks and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

                                                                                                                                                    John 20:25

Reflection:

  1. Have I been like the apostles, in my marriage, who hid behind doors fearful of expressing my love and faith to my spouse?
  2. Must I “see” proof of my spouse’s love before I believe and love?
  3. Do my fears and disbelief hold me back from loving and forgiving my spouse?
